DMR Events Worker Referral Program

Program Overview 

Help DMR grow our team and earn referral bonuses when the workers you refer successfully complete shifts with DMR Events. 

Eligibility 

• Referrals must be new workers who have not previously worked for DMR Events. 

• Referring worker must be in good standing with DMR Events. 

• Referral bonuses are earned based on the referred worker's completed shifts. 

• All milestones must be reached within 180 days of the referred worker's first shift. 

• Bonuses will be paid through the referring worker's normal payment process.

Referral Bonus Schedule 

Referred Worker Completion -Referral Bonus 

• 1 Completed Shift  - $11 

• 11 Completed Shifts - Additional $11 

• 22 Completed Shifts -Additional $22 

• 33 Completed Shifts -Additional $33 

Total Potential Earnings - $77 Total Referral Bonus Per Referred Worker 

• After 1 shift: $11 earned 

• After 11 shifts: $22 cumulative earned 

• After 22 shifts: $44 cumulative earned 

• After 33 shifts: $77 cumulative earned

Terms & Conditions 

The referred worker must complete each shift milestone within 180 days of their first worked shift. 

1. If the referred worker does not achieve all milestones within 180 days, any remaining unpaid milestone bonuses are forfeited. 

2. Workers may refer multiple candidates and earn bonuses for each eligible referral. 

3. Self-referrals are not permitted. 

4. DMR Events reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
