Nowsta Support

The easiest way for contractors to reach us is through live chat in the Nowsta web app.

  • They can log in at https://app.nowsta.com

  • Click the blue speech bubble in the bottom‑right corner to start a chat with our support team. 

Live chat is available during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Tips to Try If You Are Having Issues Clocking In 

  1. Make sure your location settings are set to "Allow." Nowsta will not allow you to clock in if it cannot confirm that you are onsite.

  2. Close the app and reopen it.

  3. Log out, then log back in.

  4. Delete the app and reinstall it.

  5. If non of these options have worked do reach out to Nowsta Support.
